This Thanksgiving, leave the cooking to us and gather for an elevated holiday feast at Hearth. Chef de Cuisine Markus Lufkin has crafted a memorable buffet that blends timeless traditions with fresh seasonal flavors in a warm, welcoming setting.

The Thanksgiving Spread:

• Raw Bar & Charcuterie: Grand Shellfish Display, artisanal cheeses, and cured meats
• Carving Station & Mains: Homestyle Roasted Turkey Breast with herbed gravy, Chef-Carved Prime Rib, Honey-Glazed Ham, Miso-Glazed Salmon, and Lentil Shepherd’s Pie
• Starters & Sides: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Apple & Fennel Salad, rosemary mashed potatoes, maple carrots, and crispy brussels sprouts
• Interactive Dessert Station: Classic Apple and Pumpkin pies with all the toppings

Celebrate the season with an evening of creativity and craft at Hearth on October 29. For $25, your reservation includes a ceramic sugar skull, a complete set of painting supplies, and your choice of a specially crafted themed cocktail or mocktail. Gather around our table, sip something festive, and paint your own autumn masterpiece to take home.

Make Mondays a little cozier with all-night happy hour at Hearth! Settle in from 3 PM to 10 PM and enjoy your favorite Hearth plates and pours at happy hour pricing. It’s the perfect way to ease into the week with good food, good company, and a warm atmosphere.

Join us for Social Corner, a weeknight gathering created exclusively for guests of Heathman Hotel. From 5:00 to 6:00pm, unwind at Hearth Restaurant with a complimentary 4oz pour of wine. Choose from Prosecco, rosé, white, or red, then settle in for a relaxed moment before the evening unfolds.
