  • To the restaurant from the lobby: Hearth is located on the hotel lobby level and is free of obstructions for access.
  • To the restaurant from accessible parking: Enter The Heathman Hotel lobby and Hearth is located to the right of the entrance when entering the property. 
  • To the lobby from accessible parking: The Heathman valet zone is 25 feet directly in front of the entrance of the hotel.
  • To reception/check-in desk: Located in the hotel lobby to the left of the entrance when entering the property.
  • To elevators: Located in hotel lobby to the left of the entrance when entering the property, past the front desk.
  • To meeting room/ballroom area: Meeting rooms are located on lobby level and lower lobby level. The lower lobby is accessible from lobby elevators. Entrance doors and hallways are sufficiently wide and floors are level and free from obstructions.
  • To business center: The Heathman does not have an on-site business center. The business kiosk station is not accessible.
  • To exercise facilities: The Fitness Center is located on the lower lobby and is accessible from the lobby elevator. The entry door is sufficiently wide and floors are level and free from obstructions.                 

  • The Heathman Hotel Kirkland’s website allows individuals with disabilities to reserve accessible guestrooms during the same hours and in the same manner as other individuals. 
  • Accessible guest rooms are held until all other guest rooms of the same type have been rented.
  • When the accessible guest room is reserved, it is blocked and removed from all reservation systems and held for the reserving guest and guaranteed, even if the normal practice is not to guarantee.
