This Thanksgiving, leave the cooking to us and gather for an elevated holiday feast at Hearth. Chef de Cuisine Markus Lufkin has crafted a memorable buffet that blends timeless traditions with fresh seasonal flavors in a warm, welcoming setting.

The Thanksgiving Spread:

• Raw Bar & Charcuterie: Grand Shellfish Display, artisanal cheeses, and cured meats
• Carving Station & Mains: Homestyle Roasted Turkey Breast with herbed gravy, Chef-Carved Prime Rib, Honey-Glazed Ham, Miso-Glazed Salmon, and Lentil Shepherd’s Pie
• Starters & Sides: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Apple & Fennel Salad, rosemary mashed potatoes, maple carrots, and crispy brussels sprouts
• Interactive Dessert Station: Classic Apple and Pumpkin pies with all the toppings
